MBR Network operates mbr-network.com (the “Site”). This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the Site, contact us, or interact with analytics and advertising technologies on the Site.

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal, commercial, or process information in a Contact form message.
3. Contact form
When you contact us through the Site, we use the information you provide to review, respond to, and manage your enquiry. Messages are delivered to contact@mbr-network.com and may be accessible to the website administrator or authorised persons who need to respond.
The form uses technical anti-spam measures, including hidden honeypot fields, a minimum completion-time check, and a rate limit. These controls are intended to protect the Site and do not ask ordinary visitors to provide additional information.
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, protect the Site, or meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence where applicable by contacting us at contact@mbr-network.com.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the Site. This helps us evaluate and improve our technical resources, calculators, and website experience.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive information such as browser and device information, pages visited, interactions, and IP-address-derived approximate location. We do not intentionally send Contact form message content, names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense
The Site may display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, limit, protect, and, where permitted, personalise advertisements based on visits to this Site and/or other websites.
Where ad personalisation is enabled and you provide the required consent, advertising may be selected using information associated with browsing activity. If you do not consent to ad personalisation, you may still see advertising, but it may be less relevant. Google explains that non-personalised advertising may still use information for purposes such as measurement and fraud prevention.

8. International processing and security
Our service providers, including Google, may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information handled through the Site. However, no internet transmission, email system, or storage method is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for engineers, researchers, operators, technology users, and other professional or adult audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
